Esther is a leader of women’s groups where she provides life skills training and mentoring . She is a leader and role model to the young mothers in her community.

Steve is a former IT Consultant, software developer and web master with a B.S. degree in Computer Science . He also has public school teaching experience and holds a Graduate Level Teaching Certificate in High School Mathematics His non-profit corporation was a grant recipient of: HHS National Mentoring Children of Prisoners Program, Maryland Youth Development Apprenticeship Program, Family League of Baltimore Afterschool Program, Abell Foundation Youth Development Grant, and the Child and Adult Care Nutrition Program.
